Bring
us an idea in any form, and we'll help you turn that idea
into a practical reality.
We begin by asking all the right questions
about your vision for the final product. How will it work?
What should it look like? How should it feel? Must it be waterproof?
Fire-resistant? We'll challenge you to think about the product
in ways that may never have occurred to you.
Once we know exactly what your expectations
are, we proceed to the design stage. Using SDRC IDEAS Master
Series 4 Engineering Software, we create a three-dimensional
computer model. In as little as a few hours, your idea comes
to life on the computer screen. You can see it from every
angle, inside and out. Turn it over. Spin it around. Examine
it. See how it works with other parts, how it stacks, and
how it fits into packaging.
When it meets your approval, we can
build a prototype, if needed, or we can construct the mold
for mass production. ASK Plastics has resources for mold design
and production throughout the world. Part of our service includes
finding the most appropriate tooling facility for your particular
needs.
When the mold has been made and samples
have been run and approved, it's time for the manufacturing
and assembly process. And ASK Plastics will handle every aspect,
from start to finish.
